I am always both happy and sad to go back to school. I love the school year because I am much better on a routine than I am without one… but also, I love not NEEDING a routine. 🙂 Who cares when the laundry gets done, right?
As I look forward to the new school year, I am excited to meet new students, see my colleagues, try new activities… I am glad I still have 4 weeks left of vacation, but I’m finding a lot of things to look forward to. How are you feeling as July nears its close??
I spent yesterday prepping meals for the freezer to help make back to school less stressful. If you’re a mom with young kids, you have your hands full making memories with them. I promise, when they’re grown up and gone, you’ll be looking to fill your time with freezer meals. 🙂 There’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Somewhere to Share is releasing a really cool new product this summer that is a fit for teachers no matter what you teach. We are calling them our “Level Up Teacher Tool Decks”. You can grab one free through the pop up on this page (reload if you missed it). They are available individually and as a bundle on TPT and on SomewheretoShare.com. Maybe these card decks can help YOUR school year be less stressful!

Enjoy your last days/weeks of summering! We are going to be hosting a Teeny Weeny PD series the first week of August!! Can’t wait to share that with you as well!
