Teach daily routines in French with Ma routine quotidienne, a contextualized unit that helps students build language through story, discussion, reading, and writing.
Description
Teach daily routines in French with Ma routine quotidienne, a contextualized unit that helps students build language through story, discussion, reading, and writing. Instead of introducing routine vocabulary as a disconnected list, this unit uses comprehensible input, low-stakes activities, and meaningful repetition so students can interact with the language in ways that feel natural and engaging.
This French daily routines unit uses story, song, and personalized class activities to make the topic relevant to students’ own lives. Learners begin by building vocabulary through personalized questions and discussion, then continue exploring the language through a class story, follow-up reading, and interactive tasks that help reinforce meaning in context. A Venn diagram activity, grammar pop-up, and picture talk provide additional support and variety, while the storybook project and final writing task give students a chance to apply what they have learned in a creative and purposeful way.
